Keep Teaching is the campus’s hub for teaching and learning strategies created in response to changes in delivery caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It began as the go-to website for faculty to find a wide array of resources for remote teaching and for instructor support, and included a Remote Teaching Guide in order to help instructors make the quick shift to online teaching in spring 2020. The site continues to be updated with relevant resources.
A partner in the Keep Teaching initiative, the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) offers course design institutes, workshops, learning communities, consultations and resources for teaching and learning.
Carolina’s Information Technology Services support staff provide technical assistance to faculty and staff anytime (24 hours/7 days a week) through the UNC Service Desk at https://help.unc.edu or by calling 919-962-HELP.
