Keep Teaching is the campus’s hub for teaching and learning strategies in response to COVID-19 and remote instruction. It is the go-to website for faculty to find a wide array of resources for remote teaching and for instructor support. Please be sure to to visit the Remote Teaching Guide where you can find a video tour of the website, a list of key teaching strategies for remote instruction, as well as best general practices for making a quick shift to online teaching. We also recommend the Best Practices page that includes articles on topics such as making your own videos, how to be a better online instructor and ways to be more inclusive in your Zoom teaching.
Carolina’s Information Technology Services support staff provide technical assistance to faculty and staff anytime (24 hours/7 days a week) through the UNC Service Desk at https://help.unc.edu or by calling 919-962-HELP. ITS has also compiled information on working away from campus on its Work Remote page.
A partner in the Keep Teaching initiative, the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) offers course design institutes, workshops, learning communities, consultations, and resources for teaching and learning.
Includes programs and resources for faculty at the School of Medicine; some are available to all UNC-CH faculty.
