Promoting Mental Health: A CFE Resource

The Center for Faculty Excellence has compiled resources and suggestions for supporting mental health for faculty and their learners.

Keep Teaching

Keep Teaching is the campus’s hub for teaching and learning strategies created in response to changes in delivery caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It began as the go-to website for faculty to find a wide array of resources for remote teaching and for instructor support, and included a Remote Teaching Guide in order to help instructors make the quick shift to online teaching in spring 2020. The site continues to be updated with relevant resources.

Center for Faculty Excellence

A partner in the Keep Teaching initiative, the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) offers course design institutes, workshops, learning communities, consultations and resources for teaching and learning.

ITS Educational Resources

Carolina’s Information Technology Services support staff provide technical assistance to faculty and staff anytime (24 hours/7 days a week) through the UNC Service Desk at https://help.unc.edu or by calling 919-962-HELP. ITS has compiled information on working away from campus on its Work Remote page.

School of Medicine Academy of Educators

Includes programs and resources for faculty at the School of Medicine; some are available to all UNC-CH faculty.
